Ultra-Light PantechALLYPAN® is Kirin®'s lightweight aluminium pantech for payload-sensitive commercial work. It is designed to reduce body tare and leave more of the vehicle's rated capacity available for cargo.

Aluminium construction
ALLYWALL® panels with PVDF coating.
ALLYPAN® uses ALLYWALL® aluminium honeycomb panels with a PVDF-coated exterior. The construction combines low body mass with a clean, practical surface for commercial and branded fleet applications.
Aluminium is naturally resistant to rust, making it a practical material for bodies exposed to Queensland weather, regular washing and coastal operating conditions.
Diesel, hybrid and electric
Lower body tare supports changing fleet platforms.
Indicative environmental model
Potential fuel and CO₂-e reductions.
For the stated urban-delivery assumptions, the model estimates about 293 litres less diesel and approximately 794 kg CO₂-e avoided per vehicle each year.
