Allypan is made of:

Less than 5% steel, mainly the subframe of the body

More than 95% Aluminium including exclusive extrusions/ roof coil/ honeycomb wall 

Allypan allows you to have a maximum payload on car licensed trucks including Isuzu NNR/NPR, Hino 300, Fuso canter, Iveco Daily and Mercedes Sprinter.

On ISUZU NNR, with ALLYPAN and a full size tail gate lifter, payload is approx. 1,300Kg

On Fuso 515, with ALLYPAN and a full size tail gate lifter, payload is approx. 1,500Kg

On Hino 616, with ALLYPAN and a full size tail gate lifter, payload is approx. 1,200Kg

ALLYPAN is made of mostly Aluminium which never rust like a steel pantech. The Aluminium honeycomb wall is factory powder coated Gloss white, will not change color under the sun while the Fibreglass honeycomb wall turns into creamy within a year.
